AUTHENTICATION

 

  1. I can't log in
    If it is the first time you enter OnTheatre you must first complete the registration procedure:
    • Click on REGISTER on the Homepage, or on the link IS IT THE FIRST TIME? SIGN UP FOR FREE!
    • Enter the required data, captcha, create and confirm your Password. Then click on SUBSCRIBE
    • You will receive an email at the address you have indicated, click on the confirmation link. Remember to check in Spam!
    • You can now Login! Enter the email and password you created and enjoy the show!

  2. I have not received the registration confirmation email
    • Wait up to 10 minutes. Check also in the Spam folder!
    • Write to support@ontheatre.tv, we will send you a new link to the address you have indicated.

  3. I have received the email but have not confirmed my registration. Now I can't remember the password I chose and I can't log in anymore
    • If you have not confirmed your registration, you have 24 hours to do it. After 24 hours the unconfirmed address will be removed from the server and you will be able to register again.

  4. The error message “You already have an open session that expires in 45 minutes. Do you want to close the previous session? "
    Remember that OnTheatre is available for each account on one simultaneous device, so you will not be able to keep the same account open on two different devices. If you want to change the device, click OK on this error message and Log in again.

DISPLAY PROBLEMS

 

  1. I can't find the subtitles
    • Not all videos have subtitles available. If present, it is indicated on the show card in which languages are available. Click on CC in the player bar and choose the subtitles in your language.

  2. I can't put the fullscreen on
    • The command (four arrows) is located at the bottom right of the palyer bar. The display may depend on the device or browser you are using.
    • To exit the fullscreen click again on the command or press Esc on your PC.
    • On some Tablet devices, if display problems appear, try to orient the device vertically.

  3. Video stops / does not load
    It may depend on your connection:
    • In order to access and use the OnTheatre Service, you must have a broadband Internet connection, i.e. at high speed at least 1Mb / s, as well as an enabled device.
    • It is possible to change the quality of the display from the settings icon at the bottom right of the player, reducing it if the connection is insufficient to support HD viewing.
    • Attention: all videos are encrypted in order to guarantee their use in accordance with the law. In view of the fact that the correct use of the Videos and their quality of vision depend on the existence of the above system requirements, OnTheatre assumes no responsibility for any problems that arise from the lack or insufficiency of the aforementioned system requirements.
